Dear Folks:
Just a few words. I started my upper class men studies today. The schedule is as follows: 8:00 Physics; 9:00 Code; 10:00 Naval Identification; 11:00 Dinner; 12:00 Code; 1:00 Maps and Charts; 2:00 Physics; 6 hrs. of classes a day and then after 3:00 we will have P.T. or drill and parades etc. So I will be pretty busy.
I got the letter from Dort today. I think it was written Sun.
I am enclosing a picture. One of the fellows takes pictures for the newspaper so they let him keep a camera and he took my picture. The picture isn’t very good. I will go to town next Wed. So I will have my picture taken then and send you one.
Well I have some studying to do so I better close. You probably won’t hear from me very much during the next 2 wks. so don’t get worried.
